Bu seri 13 Aralık 1965 tarihinde tedavüle çıkarılmıştır. Rupiah 1000 yerine sadece 10 kat devalüe edildiğinden, küçük banknotlar ihraç edildiklerinde değersizdi ve bu nedenle bu serinin milyonlarca düşük kupürlü banknotu hiçbir zaman dolaşıma girmedi.
