(en) During the United States Gulf War with Iraq in 1991, the United States created seven different propaganda leaflets (and one safe conduct pass) based on the Iraq 25 Dinars banknote (SCWPM P#73a). The propaganda note features a full color replica obverse featuring a portrait of Saddam Hussein, the President, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Revolutionary Command Council of Iraq. The reverse contained the propaganda message.
