Bu jeton Asahan'daki "Silau" plantasyonu tarafından basılmıştır. Şirket 1890 yılında kurulmuş ve başlangıçta ana ürün olarak tütün yetiştirmiştir. Ancak yaklaşık 1913 yılında şirket tütünün yanı sıra bir kauçuk fabrikası da geliştirmeye başlamıştır.
