Issue 1880: Starting in 1878, the Bank of Spain increased the inauguration of new Branches, but Article 7 of the Decree-Law of 1874 was still in effect, the procedure had to be arbitrated to gradually admit the mutual exchange of banknotes between nearby Branches.

Bartolomé Esteban Murillo (late December 1617, baptized January 1, 1618 – April 3, 1682) was a Spanish Baroque painter. Although he is best known for his religious works, Murillo also produced a considerable number of paintings of contemporary women and children. These lively realistic portraits of flower girls, street urchins, and beggars constitute an extensive record of the everyday life of his times.

Las Hilanderas ("The Spinners") is a painting by the Spanish painter Diego Velázquez, in the Museo del Prado of Madrid, Spain. It is also known by the title The Fable of Arachne. Most scholars regard it as a late work by the artist, dating from 1657-58, but some argue that it was done c. 1644-48.
