2nd Issue 1884: Issue made in the Bank of Spain Workshop to circulate together with the previous one from the same year 1884, which was commissioned to the "American Bank Note Company", in order to meet the growing needs of circulation, by virtue of an agreement of the Council of the Bank of Spain of July 7, 1884.
Juan Bravo Murillo (Fregenal de la Sierra, June 9, 18032 - Madrid, January 10, 1873) was a Spanish politician, jurist, theologian and philosopher of liberal ideology. He belonged to the Moderate Party and held different political positions during the reign of Isabel II.
