(en) "Buenos Ayres" is the old lettering, nowadays is used "Buenos Aires"
Is noticeable the use of "0.8" for eight cents (it should be 0.08).
This is an unusual note due to ESPORA being included in the front and the back at the top. It is not know why it was done in this manner. Tomás Espora (1800-1835) was a naval hero and was the first sailor from Argentina to sail around the world.
