Imitation of Tyrolean adlergroschen.

In MEC 12 (p. 659), Day et al. say this coin has been found in hoards dated to 1311-1312, and imitates an adlergroschen of 1306, so it possibly was struck to honor Cagrande being granted the right to coin in 1311.
