Historique : Ce billet était émis par la « Bank Broadel Breizh » " (Banque Régionale Bretonne) dans les années 90 et fût utilisé comme monnaie officielle lors des Fêtes de la langue bretonne, à Spézet dans le Finistère durant plusieurs années. Des bureaux de change fonctionnaient, permettant d'obtenir des Lurs contre des francs, dollars, livres anglaises et marks. On pouvait utiliser ces billets pour tous achats effectués sur le territoire de cette commune.
