While the printer is not listed on this banknote, it was likely printed by the Tung Pei Hifan company, which printed the other denomination (50 Yuan) note from this year.
Pick does not list this colour variety, but a few examples have been sold by Yangming Auction Co., Ltd., for example:

This pictured example is not the actual issued note, but is rather the combination of a front proof and back proof, which looks nearly identical to the issued note, save for an all-0 serial number.
