Senedin seri numarası sol üstte yer alan kırmızı baskılı numaradır; alt bölgede yer alan siyah numaralar ise senedi imzalayan kişilerin kayıtlarıdır.

Bu gümrük senedi, Honduras'ın iç borcunu amorti etmeyi amaçlayan ve 1937 yılında 72 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname ile yetkilendirilen ikinci mali ihracın bir parçasıydı. İthalat vergilerinin kısmen ödenmesi ve eski devlet kredilerinin tamamen kapatılması için kabul edilmiştir. American Bank Note Company tarafından basılan bu kağıt 1928 basımıyla birlikte dolaşıma girmiş ve 1950'de Merkez Bankası'nın kurulmasından sonra bile sınırlı kullanımda kalmıştır.

This customs note was part of the second fiscal issue authorized by Legislative Decree No. 72 in 1937, aimed at amortizing Honduras’s internal debt. It was accepted for partial payment of import duties and full settlement of older state credits. Printed by the American Bank Note Company, it circulated alongside the 1928 issue and remained in limited use even after the creation of the Central Bank in 1950.
