This paper presents an unrecorded coin of Julia Paula for Minoa on Amorgos, and notes that its dies are shared with the 2 other pieces known for her at this city. It further publishes 2 Minoan coins of Antoninus Pius that have only recently been correctly attributed, and which - as die duplicates - provide welcome confirmation of von Sallet's conjectural reading (ZfN, 1890) of the anomalous reverse legend of the hitherto unique piece in Berlin, thus securing the coin's seminal position in the brief numismatic history of Minoa. Epigraphic evidence is adduced to explain the circumstances of this unusual early issue for the city.
