Description

Commemorative German Set of 8 BU Coins dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Elysée Treaty between Konrad Adenauer and Charles de Gaulle (22 January 1963) for the French-German cooperation.
The folder contains 4 French coins (1 - 2 - 5 - 10 cents) and 4 German coins (20 cents Karlsruhe mint G, 50 cents Hamburg Mint J, 1 euro Berlin Mint A and 2 Euro Munich Mint D).

It was issued by both the Monnaie de Paris and the German Ministry of Finance to mark the fortieth anniversary of the Treaty of Elysée on January 2003.
