Dövülmüş (kurşun)

(en) A bullet coin, known in Thai as photduang, is made from a short bar of silver or gold, larger at the middle, with its ends hammered around to form a circle. It is also often stamped with marks indicating rulers and mints. This coinage was historically used in Siam (now Thailand) and its predecessor kingdoms, from 13th century up until 1904, when it was demonitized.
