I am new in numista and I very much love the website. I was looking for some general tutorial how to edit/modify the coin catalog (how does it work here). I found the guideline but it didn't answer all of my questions. How do I proceed in this particular case? I wanted to add a coin to my collection but I couldn't find it in the catalog. After a while I found that the coin in fact is in the catalog but the images for that coin are wrong:
entry with wrong image: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces24638.html
entry with correct image (same as the previous one) a.k.a. different coins, same image, although worst quality in the wrong entry https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces48230.html
All other information about the coin seems to be right, even the inscription which does not match the inscription on image of the 20 Krajczar coin. I took the pictures of my coin which I believe is the correct one.
So can I replace it in the edit and it will automatically create a modification request or do I have to create the request by myself in the forum. Also, what is the recommended quality of the images for coins? (dpi, dimensions, file size, file format?). Would these images of my coin do the job:

I have a different year from the same coin (1763) which was definitely struck with different die, does this counts as variant or it doesn't matter for these old coins? The value number is different, the mint mark are different sizes, etc..
I posted this previously as part of the longer thread here in numista which was my mistake and I couldn't figure out how to delete the post and make a new one placed in this forum, so I apologize for duplicity.
Best,
Jaro
