I have listed one of my coins but I have looked around the site and it is probably me being stupid but I cannot find out how to list all my others.
Can anybody help me?
You should probably grade it at VG so it is catalogued. You can always add your own side note on the coin with the comment field, shown on the right of the exchange box, helpful to mention that coin is holed or something like that.
I use the grades to indicate the method of storage for the coin, rather than its condition.
VG for loose, F for flip, VF for 2x2 holder, and higher for slabbed or encapsulated coins.

Odd...
I think that is a little unfair...I think that is a unique way of using the grading facility, one I hadn't thought of, thanks for sharing.

For me:
VG=Extra coins.
F=coins on their way to me from others.
VF=Coins I don't want to own (ie, proofs and errors)
XF= (unused)
UNC = My keeper coins
In this way, when I do a search for missing coins, I get an accurate list of coins I'm actually looking for.
It's funny, you think there is one way of doing something and you guys have got some really great ways of doing it. Like you say: customizing the site to your own needs.
