Württemberg-Hohenzollern Behelfsgeld 1947 [solved]

I recently bought a lot of supposed Notgeld from Germany and Austria. I found a 10 Pfennig banknote inscribed "Behelfsgeld" issued by the Finance Ministry of the Land of Württemberg-Hohenzollern in 1947. I cannot find it or any of the Behelfsgeld issues on Numista. The Land was established under French occupation. Should this be entered under German states, German Notgeld, Germany, Tokens or what? Some online sources mention it as being Katalog RO 215a or b, but I am not familiar with that.

Definitely a type of Notgeld, even though it was issued after World War II.
