Please add in 'Confederate States of America', as there are notes from the American Civil War period that have been incorrectly listed under 'United States', when they were issued under the Confederate States' authority.

I agree. Confederate States of America should be a separate issues, as is Texas, under the United States of America, not part of the USA catalog.

That would be the Republic of Texas, which existed from 1836 to 1845.

Hawaii should also be listed as a separate country as well, as it had notes under both the Kingdom of Hawaii & the Republic of Hawaii as well as the overprinted notes under the Territory of Hawaii in World War II.
