Carthage Prutah

I've had one local dealer tell me this is Phoenician and the 3 standing figures are Tyche. Another tells me this is a Prutah from Carthage because of the palm tree. I've noticed other Carthage coins bearing a palm tree. Wondered if Judea may also be a possible origin. 1st and 2nd century BC. 13mm diameter. 13mm thickness.

I posted this piece a couple years ago. After more searching I think I have a general region. Tyre. This is the most similar one:

N#392491

Weight is 1g. 13mm x 1mm. Obverse must be a very worn tyche and reverse is palm with some lettering. I haven't found one like it on the other sites or from doing standard searches. So my presumption is Tyre but don't know when. There are many other Roman Province ones that are much larger in comparison.
