Jarcek becoming full-time catalogue admin

Hello,

I'm happy to announce that Jarcek has started to work full time as a catalogue administrator for Numista.
With this change, Jarcek will be able to do even more of the catalogue management actions he has been doing as a catalogue admin since 2016: administration of the numismatic catalogue database (issuers, currencies, rulers, etc.), working with referees and master referees, and more generally enriching and improving the Numista catalogue.
