Hi there,

 

I have a set of NGC Graded coins and would like to enter them by NGC number into my collection. Is there an ‘efficient’ way to load them into my collection by NGC number?

 

Any suggestions?

In a word, no.  For the same reasons you can't enter them by PCGS #, KM#, Y#, ANACS#, ICG# and other references. You can see how it would complicate matters.

You can put the number in your private or even public comment section of the coin, when you export the collection you can get nice overview of all your graded coins.

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

I think that is not the intention of the request  He wants the  Numista system to do it for him so he doesn't have to do it himself.
