Submission error help

I tried to submit a new car wash token to the catalog and I kept getting an “invalid response” error. I tried to submit it twice and got this message, I don't know if it was submitted or not…

No. But thanks for that page, it is useful in other ways. I would like to know that it wont mess up again before I try to do the whole thing over. 

Is there any update on this problem, I know it wasn't submitted but is the error fixed?

Did you have any success trying again?  I submitted a few coins last night with no issues.
