The emperor is Caracalla ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT. The reverse is Victory walking left however I can't find this exact denarius anywhere, I can only find VICTORIA PARTH MAX. Could some kind of variety, maybe someone finds a reference.

 

Anyway, in my opinion such a denarius is worth somewhere between 10$ and 30$.
