I have the coin mentioned above in the year 2009, is this a regular issue, or a mistake of some sort?

The coin in your link is 17mm and KM# 547 and in mine is 14mm and KM# 934 so what size is yours ?
As the design is the same, just a different size, I think.

Well that's the issue, I have the new version as well, and that's certainly not that same one as mentioned.

Although - NumisMaster (based on Krause) say the last year is 2008.
BUT then (see below) NGC (based on NumisMaster) say 2009 is the last year, for KM# 547 and only 90,968,000 issued compared to 433,951,000 the previous (2008) year. So I am not sure.

Also - sometimes smaller coins have an 8 looking like a 9 number. Or 5 like 6 numbers, and so on.

I actually have two of the old version 2009 to be exact, and yes I know about little unclear numbers, but they most certainly are 2009 without a doubt

OK then, as your findings agree with NGC then I added 2009 with mintage as well. Thanks

Great, thanks.
Any idea about my post about the 1 Yuan from Taiwan a little earlier?
