Good trusted store? and question about buying coins

Hey everyone,

I've been looking at a coin being sold from the dealer Senatus Consulto.

Has anyone had any experience with them? I am wondering if they are a good reputable store.

And I have one more question about buying coins. Should you normally try and negotiate a lower price or is this considered rude or is not a regular thing to do?

Never heard of the coin shop. Can't vouch for it.
