Raised dot 1911 penny variety

Hello there , I am a newcomer to this Coin Community. Recently whilst checking through my George V pennies I came across a 1911 penny with a raised dot just to the left of the date . The coin doesn’t appear to have been tampered with and the coin is a similar weight to other 1911 pennies that I have . Is this coin a unique variety ? I would welcome any comments and opinions from fellow members .
