Information about this Italian Coin - Countermak

Hi All,

 

I have adquired this coin : Italy (Kingdom), Vittorio Emanuele II (1861-1878), 10 Centesimi, s/f (1862-1867). Cooper / 9,10g. / 30,2mm and it has a countermark in both sides, anybody has it seen this before?.
