Good day how wi I know what kind of 2011 and 2012 5pesos coin ?

Scroll down on the page and note the little box under COMMENTS, 3rd box down where you will have to click on “read more” to see it.  For 2011 and 2012 there are only reverse types II and III. It has to do with the dates - wide, narrow, bold, and the width of the suns rays.
