This one is pretty easy, it's a Marcus Aurelius denarius from AD 163-164. Obverse legend is ANTONINVS AVG ARMENIACVS, and reverse legend is P M TR P XVIII IMP II COS III. The specific type is RIC III Marcus Aurelius 91, and the Numista page for this coin is N# 262751.
