Diameter 11.44mm . i think as the battery is almost dead in my Electronic caliper.

Just about see R on top left and maybe T on top right.
Maybe yours [11.44mm] is half of the Half Penny value in that link,
so would be a Quarter Penny [Farthing] denomination.
