Is 5.75 g Washington quarter 1965 Washington Quarter accurate.?

5.75 grams for a 1965 quarter is within the weight tolerance for US coins. Granted it's on the high side but perfectly normal.  Here's a plot of 114 (non-silver) Washington quarters:
