Hello, at a coin show i bought this coin

Is there any way to determine which of these IT is?

Yes, you look at your coin and see if it's a proof one or not (from your pictures it doesn't look like a proof coin).

I believe that a silver proof would not be held in the cardboard sleeve as per your photograph, but in a plastic capsule.

I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
