Your picture is very small to make out much but it just looks worn from what I can see.

This is a known grease error and is fairly common.

They are for sale on ebay for US $1500. (Only had one bid of $0.25.)

Of course they only sell for $4 

to $8

if they sell at all.

Does this have any value? The drum lines are very sharp.

Look on eBay using Advanced Search and Sold Items.  

When you find a coin(s) in comparable condition, you will get your answer.
