I don't know much about coins in the area (and the images on the Numista page are taken from a worn coin) so I have no idea which approach is correct here, but there are two approaches.
- Create a new page for your coin. I would start by going to the page you identified and click Duplicate this page on the bottom, and then fix any incorrect field. Link the old page and the new page together (using the References/Links field).
- Edit the existing page. Add a new mintage line for your variation and add information about the differences in the comments. The new line will require an admin to help as the mintage lines are locked. Start by putting your images and information in the comments and in the Sources section of the modification form ask the referee to help get the mintage lines unlocked.
For either approach there will be a conversation with the reviewer on whether the approach is reasonable. It might be a simple verification of the new page/modification request or the referee might want more information, or more changes, ask you to switch approaches, or say the coins are close enough that no new listing or line is appropriate.
(Even if I were an expert in the area an image of the other side would be necessary to make a decision on which approach to take.)
