Unknown Old European Coin [solved]

Hello,

 

This has been a coin that has stumped me for a long time so I decided to post it here for someone to better find this than I could.

 

The coin is very small and is bronze more or less around 15mm. Hope this helps!

Rose issue, type 3 

Copper | Weight 1,13gr. | Ø 13mm. | Die-axe 12 o'clock 

Obv. crown over sceptres, with legend CAROLVS D : G MAG : BRI

Rev. crown over rose, with legend FRAN : ET : HIB : REX

Ref. Spink 3206 | North 2290
