Caracalla or Geta?? [solved]

I bought it as an AE23 Caracalla from Antioch. Closer examination by a novice like me, I believe its a Geta. Can someone who knows more identify it. Thank you

“SEPT” “COLONIAE” might correspond to Septimus Severus …

Something close to THAT

Yes, you are right. It's obviously minted while they were children under his rule. I just like to try and exactly know what my coin is. Thanks for reply

The coin is from Antioch ANTIOCH FORTVNA COLONIAE. Geta should be P SEPTIMIOC GETA, Caracalla IMP CAES M AVR ANT. Here are the two coins next to each other:

Looking at your coin you can see the obverse legend starting with P SEPTIMIOC and the reverse ends with COLONIAE. So I agree with you not to mention judging by the portrait alone I'd say it's Geta.

I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.

I found this on wildwinds:

Antioch - Pisidia - SNG Cop 49v

Geta, AE of Antioch, Pisidia, 5.55 g. P SEPTIMIOC GETA, laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right / ANTIOCH FORTVNA COLONIAE, Fortuna-Tyche standing left, holding branch and cornucopiae. SNG Cop 49 var (obv. legend).

You are the best, that's gotta be it. I can't believe I couldn't find it, I thought I looked there!! I really appreciate it and it confirms my suspicion. Thanks so much
