Hi folks!

Please help identify two copper or maybe bronze coins:

First one have “VF” initials on the front, and what appears to be anchor on the back, below anchor on the right there is a date, I am not sure but I think its says 1881. It is 25mm and 2.76g

Second coin has initials “CR” and a crown on top of them. (Maybe Charles I or II?) and some heraldic on a back which I can’t recognize. its a 20mm and 2.5g.

Thanks!

Second coin pictures:

Second coin is from Scotland, with the thistle emblem.

You gave measurements for the first coin - what are they for this one?

Lettering: CAR · D : G · SCOT · ANG · FRA · ET · HIB · R ·

Translation: Charles, by the Grace of God, King of Scotland, England, France and Ireland

I put in bold the few letters visible.

On that reverse there is a large crown with large C R below -

on yours the C is there on lower left.

N#43965 [20mm]

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

First one looks like might be a YF from Ysabella and Ferdinand, like the spanish Blancas

Zac I believe you nailed it. It is a 20mm coin and after reviewing your reference I agree that this is exactly the coin. Thank you very much Sir!

Thanks. I was making these while you were writing …

It looks very similar Sir. But weight doesn’t adds up. Auction coin says its 10g and my coin is only 2.76g. I will try to search smaller denominations like 2, 1 or ½ maravedi. At least I now know the country and time period its already huge help. Thank you!

There are same coin with low weight, I guess they didn't care much about that in that period

They did:) Your first coin example was 4 maravedi and your second example is 2 maravedi. First one was around 10g and second one was 2.8g. And second coin Is exactly the coin I have. So thank you! I was not able to identify it without your help and it is rare coin actually. I am in luck:) Thank you very much!
