The coin is not in Numista catalog.

The script on the coin is devnagiri.
The text in the first image " आधा आणा सं. 1945 " means "1/2 Anna 'Sanvat' 1945". (The sanvat year means as per Hindu calendar)
The text in the second image " श्रीमंत महाराज शिवाजीराव होळकर ईंदोर " means "Shrimant Maharaja Shivajirao Holkar Indore"
