The closest match currently on Numista seems to be this here: N#162638

 

Your piece is 100% a tourist souvenir token, and not a coin unfortunately. The characters on it spell 道光通寶 (Daoguang Tongbao), as it is mimicking a 1 cash coin of Qing emperor Daoguang
