1 Pogh - Constantine IV [solved]

Hi. I stumbled across this coin. can't find it in any catalogue. Looks like a marching lion facing right. The Cyprus lion is facing right and is slightly different.  Thank you for any help.

 Pictures too shiny from flash, also at an angle. 

Please take them outdoors and from above, 

and state the diameter, and any visible lettering. 

 Lots of coins have a cross in a circle.
