One coin looks like an off print

The 1 euro has the “s” 0851532787 in the star at the bottom etc. 

Which one and in which way?

Yes. S for minted in Finland along with 50 million others. Nothing special about that.

The 1 euro coin with the owl on it at the bottom between the year is a star that has the letter so on it and I'm told it's an. Error also the 2 euro coin the edge is off centre an was also told its an error
