Unknown Russian Wire Money #5

I have a coin that is from the Russian Empire but i can't seem to figure out what emperor it is under. It is 0.22g and the lettering should be clear for anyone to find it.

Not that hard to recognize, the MP at the middle in cyrillic means TR, the ending of Petr.
