Unfortunately, I do not have much information. It is most likely a Nepali coin, as I got it from a batch of Nepali coins. The diameter is about 10 millimeters. Could weight anything between 0,50 and 1,49 grams. It is probably a long shot, but if you have any ideas what this could be, please let me know.
