Tibet 1 sho 1921 - funny / different arabesque - legit ?

Tibet 1 sho 1921 Y#21.2

I got several of those coins that look more or less the same and the same with this one pictured on numista but this particular one has a very different type of arabesque. It's clear from the images, it's more flat and pointy.

Edge is quite worn with several chips and i cannot see any trace of reeds though it could be worn off.

What can it be ?

4.9 grams, 24mm sounds right.
