Hello, the seller is offering this dollar, it is non-magnetic and has the correct dimensions. In my opinion, I think it is a fake. What do you think?

 Easily fake - looks nothing like 141 years old. 

No wear or scratches, and not a silver colour. 

But it's interesting why they make the fake so off-center

 To make people think it is a mint error and worth more.

Age has near zero to do with the condition of a well kept coin. You can have 2000 year old uncirculated silver coins from a desert hoard that look freshly minted.
But the details on this coin are blurry and a few other things are off. For why a fake can look like this? Either like already stated or because the same things can go wrong in an illicit production as in a legitimate one when similar techniques are used to produce the coins.
