Error penny question.

Hello, 

I have now reached the end of hundreds of pennies. 

I’ve  found some minor errors. But I found this one today and would like to know more about it and if it is possibly a valuable error coin.  

I value the opinions Ive received in this group. 
also is there a app for error coins? Coin snap doesn’t see them.

That is a pretty nice off center strike. I am not exactly sure on value but I am sure that someone would be willing to pay a premium for it.

Best way to know the value for something like this is to do your research on eBay.  

Go to the Advanced Search feature, type in “Lincoln Off Center” then scroll down and click on “Sold Items” and hit the Search button.

Scroll until you find other examples that are less than 5% off center like yours.  Certainly they are worth more than $0.01 (and the older the coin, the more of interest, so that will help you), but you will probably be disappointed.
