Mexican coin - Fake or real? [solved]

Could the I S actually be a J S. I've seen where an ‘I’ is a ‘J’ on some older European coins.

Yes. When I looked at the right date it is JS. Except the J looks strange (like an I) but I guess it could be a die variation but I couldn't find one that didn't have the little curl at the bottom

Can you send an image of the edge? Very suspect

Eagle's head looks off, snakes head too, feathers look way off. Below the cactus way off.

Yes on top of that I see what looks like casting surface on the lettering on reverse, plus the edges are very sharp and the reeding is coming through. 80% this is fake

Definitely looks like an I, not a J.
