pretty odd for an early thick issue to feature weapons, never seen before, @Vic65 what may this coin be & how is it dungarpur mint?

Owner seemingly identified it as Dungarpur solely because it has a sword but there is no way it's right, 

@Vic65  what  may the coin be, is the katar just writing, and where mar it be from?

I can't make out a katar but the coin needs rotating like this
