Coin from Ottoman Empire?

This coin looks like made of brass, is 1.14g and 18mm.

I can see a date - 1069… but is seems to be incorrect….

The toughra does not look correct either.

Possibly a counterfeit of a gold type, or something made for jewelry purposes?
