France 2 Euro Cent 2024 Marianne – Possible Rotated Die Error (180°)

I am from Brazil and I found this coin in circulation.

It is a France 2 Euro Cent 2024 with the Marianne design.

When I rotate the coin vertically, the reverse appears upside down (approximately 180° rotation).

I would like to know:

1) Is this a real rotated die error?
2) How rare is this type of error for this coin?
3) What could be the approximate value?
