Africa Bi-Metallic Coins

In earlier Standard Catalog (2011, 38 edition), there are Bi-Metallic coins for few Africa countries. Like these:



But in Standard Catalog (2012, 39 edition), they are not in the catalog any more...I Googled, they have been moved to another book called "Unusual World Coins", which is also published by Krause Publications. The coins in the "Unusual World Coins" are non-official coins.

Does any one know, why they are doing this? So all these African Bi-Metallic coins are NOT official? Why?
     

Maybe because it's considered as TOKENS? Krause might have realized it later and that's why moved it out.
